I have a passion for supporting the elevation of women in Leadership & all individuals ready for change. I enjoy seeing others discover & leverage their potential & strengths with confidence.
I offer my services to individuals & businesses both via digital platforms in a virtual environment, and also design and deliver in-person experiences through both Coaching and Facilitation, aided by my Leadership Learning and Development background and Human-Centred Design experience.
My most rewarding moments are often found during the LCP (Leadership Circle Profile 360 assessment) sessions, where I support the insights and growth opportunities for our aspiring, current, and experienced leaders.
